mini pizzas by JRC

1. ingredients: hamburger buns, tomato paste, mozzarella cheese(shredded), pepperoni

2. set oven to 400 F

3. on a non greased baking sheet, put buns outside down on sheet

4. spread tomato paste on each inside of bun

5. sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of it

6. place slices of pepperoni on that

7. bake for 5 to 7 minutes

8. voila! you've got mini pizzas

Mom’s Famous Potato Salad JRC

                                 Mom’s Famous Potato Salad

·         1 Bag Of Potatoes                                                                                                         

·         Vinegar

·         Pickle Juice

·         Sea Salt

·         Mrs. Dash (Table Blend)

·         Garlic Powder

·         Mayo

·         Pickles

·         Onions

·         Pepper

·         Paprika

Directions:

1.      Boil Potatoes

2.      Cut Potatoes in half and let cool

3.      Cut Potatoes, Onions, Pickles And mix in Large bowl

4.      Mix everything together and add the seasonings, Sea salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash (table Blend), Paprika, and Garlic Powder

5.      Refrigerate

Sauce:

·         Mix Mayo, Vinegar, And Pickle juice in a bowl

·         Add to mixture
